No-Fault Tip:  If you have lost wages because of being injured in an auto accident, you must submit proof of the lost wages to your no-fault insurer.  Make sure that your insurer cannot claim they never received your wage loss claim.  Send your records of lost wages by certified mail with return receipt requested.  Yes, it costs a little more, however, the insurance company cannot use one of their most common stall tactics: claiming they never received your proof of wage loss.
